Ed Musante is an artist who primarily focuses on painting animals, particularly birds. He studied Art History at the University of California, Berkeley, and later traveled to West Africa, where he worked for the Peace Corps in Niger and the US Public Health Service Measles and Smallpox Eradication Program in Dakar, Senegal. After spending six months traveling Europe in a VW van, he attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and later received an MFA from the University of Idaho.
