Gene Koss’ exhibition features the artist’s bold assemblages of mixed media and glass. Major works Gyp’s Wagon and Watts Tower Climb both soar from the ceiling to opposite ends of the gallery space. Spanning far over eight feet a piece, Koss has stacks of cast glass, steel and neon portrayed as monumental, yet inviting forms of art. Along with the two large-scale pieces, Koss has included a collection of his hand formed and etched glass table-top work, the majority of which come from his Ridge Climb series.
