Luca Missoni of the Missoni fashion family was about ten when he started to observe the Moon with his pair of small binoculars, and since that moment his passion has increased and developed. For over 30 years Luca Missoni has studied, dreamed, wished on and photographed the Moon. “I use a Newtonian reflector telescope, perfect for the Moon – you see the most wonderful details.” Missoni feels “The Moon is an embodiment of our own place up in that void. It hangs in the middle of nowhere, and we do the same.”
