In Anodyne, she combines found materials with cast and fabricated elements made out of beeswax, glass, metal or wood, in order to pose questions about the complicated relationship between healing and time. The Arthur Roger Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition of work by nationally recognized artist, Dawn DeDeaux. The Face of God, In Search of comes to New Orleans after its stay at the 1996 Olympic Games Cultural Olympiad in Atlanta. It was there that Dawn was selected as one of eight artists from over 1,500 contenders in a search for artists whose work represents the best of contemporary southern art. Read More
