Join us for a special book signing and panel event celebrating George Valentine Dureau: Life and Art in New Orleans by Howard Philips Smith, with a foreword by Daniel Hammer. This definitive new monograph reassembles the pieces of Dureau’s life and career through 100 large-format plates (many previously unpublished), over 200 illustrations, essays, and a special section on 1980s New Orleans.
